Please use the table shown above to calculate the approximate size of tent you will need for your special event. Please keep in mind that these are MINIMUM suggested square footage necessary.

When you're sizing up your dance floor, a good formula to use is "(Number of Guests) x 2.25 square feet."

So, 100 guests would require:
100 x 2.25 = 225 Square Foot Dance Floor

When you are figuring out how large of a tent you need, please keep in mind that a 60" round table with 8 chairs requires a
10' x 10' area.

80 Guests would require 10 tables, needing a minimum 1000 square feet (10' x 10' x 10) for their tables only (not including dance floor, head table or other such items).
